- I am a self taught mixed media artist with a passion for book arts. Having spent years learning a wide variety of arts and crafts, I have branched out to train with a long succession of notable mixed media art instructors. My studio, on the Sunshine Coast in British Columbia is where I create with abandonment and where I share my knowledge with others. Art Escape Studio is a workshop/instruction based art studio for mixed media and visual arts. Most recently workshops have included soldering, transference, encaustic, calligraphy, watercolour, assemblage, collage and so much more….
